Partner Business Manager (PBM)
Le Partner Business Manager (PBM) est responsable d’un portefeuille de partenaires généralistes et/ou spécialisés (LOB). Il assure le pilotage, l’animation et le développement commercial, technique et fonctionnel de ces partenaires. Véritable point de contact principal du partenaire au sein de SAP, il joue un rôle clé dans la croissance mutuelle et la réussite du partenariat.
Responsabilités principales :
• Développer et exécuter le business plan annuel de chaque partenaire, tout en définissant une vision stratégique à long terme.
• Accroître le niveau d’autonomie et de compétence des partenaires pour adresser efficacement le marché Corporate.
• Piloter la croissance du revenu Cloud indirect, incluant la gestion du renouvellement des souscriptions.
• Définir et mettre en œuvre le plan marketing partenaires afin de générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, tant sur la base installée que sur de nouveaux comptes.
• Encourager l’adoption et la montée en compétence des partenaires via les programmes de formation, certification et développement de solutions IP/applicatives.
• Assurer une relation exécutive solide avec les dirigeants des partenaires et garantir un alignement stratégique avec SAP.
• Accompagner la transformation du modèle économique des partenaires vers le Cloud et le Customer Success Model.
• Suivre les go-lives et le déploiement des solutions en lien avec les équipes SAP dédiées.
• Assurer un pilotage global et un coaching régulier des partenaires : revue d’activité, suivi des performances, plans de remédiation, QBR et alignement stratégique.
Profil recherché / Compétences :
• 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans l’industrie du logiciel, idéalement sur des fonctions commerciales ou de gestion de partenaires (une expérience en tant que Channel Manager est un atout).
• Excellentes compétences relationnelles, issues d’une expérience en service client, vente ou consulting.
• Solide expérience en business development : élaboration de business plans, pilotage d’activités marketing et commerciales.
• Français et anglais courants indispensables.
• Forte culture business et sens stratégique.
• Autonomie, créativité et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement matriciel.
• Esprit d’équipe, rigueur et excellente organisation personnelle.
