OVERVIEW:
• Support senior colleagues on larger corporate transactions
• Take full responsibility for smaller transactions and less complex non-transactional work
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Develop technical expertise and commercial judgement
• Deliver clear, pragmatic solutions to clients
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to a team culture focused on growth and genuine career progression
• 6–8 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law
• Solid experience in M&A, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters
• Confident managing smaller transactions independently
• Support complex matters under senior guidance
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to provide clear and commercially focused advice
• Demonstrates a genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress
• Comfortable coaching and guiding junior colleagues
• Enjoys contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
