PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented (Senior) Royalty Reconciliation Process & Automation Specialist to join the team within Order-to-Invoice Revenue Assurance team. This role covers owning the design, standardization, and automation of reconciliation processes, while retaining a strong understanding of royalty reconciliation execution and underlying functions.

The successful candidate will maintain deep end-to-end understanding of royalty agreements, data flows, and controls by managing a limited portfolio of reconciliation cases, and will leverage that expertise to develop scalable templates, process logic, and automation solutions using advanced Excel (macros/VBA) and SAP GUI automation. This role is critical to improving efficiency, consistency, and auditability across royalty reconciliation activities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

-Execute end-to-end royalty reconciliations for a subset of cases to maintain deep process, data, and agreement-level expertise.
-Design, develop, and maintain standardized reconciliation templates, process logic, and automation solutions using advanced Excel (macros/VBA) and SAP GUI scripting.
-Translate complex contractual terms and business requirements into clear, repeatable, and scalable process logic.
-Test, validate, document, and maintain automation solutions to ensure accuracy, robustness and audit readiness.
-Identify process inefficiencies, recurring issues, and manual touchpoints, and drive simplification and automation initiatives in close collaboration with team members.
-Support continuous improvement of governance, documentation standards, and reconciliation best practices across the team.
 

WHAT YOU BRING:

-Strong analytical skills to drive root cause analysis for complex problems.
-Familiarity with various commercial and finance systems (ISP, CPQ, CRM, CMS etc.)
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros/VBA; hands-on experience with SAP GUI scripting is required.
-Demonstrated ability to design process, templates, and controls based on business requirements.
-Experience testing, validating, and supporting automated solutions in a finance or compliance environment.
-Flexible team player – able to deal with change and meet deadlines under pressure.
-Strong ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and work collaboratively with various teams.
-Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbal.
-Fluent in English.
 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

4+ years of practical experience in Auditing, Data Analytics, Reconciliation, Quote-to-Cash or Finance processes (e.g., Commercial Finance, Order-to-Invoice, Revenue Accounting etc.)
