An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading aerospace supply chain operations organisation in Belfast for the position of Supply Chain Coordinator. This role is key to driving supplier performance across the end-to-end supply chain, supporting a portfolio of suppliers in a fast-moving, digital environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all Airbus Wing Programmes through effective supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily management of supplier portfolio using current business tools and future digitalisation initiatives.
* Anticipate risks and implement mitigation actions.
* Control demand and forecast accuracy.
*
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
*
Prioritise supply chain activities and challenge supplier performance where necessary.
*
Lead supplier recovery actions and define optimal ordering strategies.
*
Support process automation and utilise data management tools for decision-making.
*
Manage Order Book and maintain MRP Master Data.
*
Coordinate Supplier Working Parties and transnational interactions with suppliers.
*
Act as first point of contact for supply chain queries from operations.
*
Optimise procured goods stock and support Supply Chain & Logistics Transformation projects.
Skills and Experience:
Broad experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, or Design Engineering.

Hands-on experience with SAP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.
*
Familiarity with digital tools and solutions, including Google Suite.
*
Strong problem-solving, project management, and LEAN experience.
*
Excellent teamwork and communication skills at all levels of the business.
*
Experience in transnational working and willingness to travel.
*
Flexible across industries but with solid supply chain understanding; able to hit the ground running.
