We’re looking for a new team member (m/f/d) to join our HR team, responsible for managing the complete HR agenda within our company in the Czech republic. If you enjoy diverse responsibilities – from recruitment and onboarding to employee training and payroll preparation – this role might be a great fit. You’ll handle both strategic and operational HR tasks independently, while also collaborating closely with our international headquarters and various departments across the company.
Job Description
Your main responsibilities:

-Managing end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee training and development, offboarding) for our company in the Czech Republic, with responsiblity for our employees on 3 locations (Praha, Brno, Lovosice)
-Maintaining and updating Czech employment documentation and employee records
-Collaborating and communicating effectively with company management, your direct supervisor in Ireland and the headquarters in Germany
-Preparing payroll data in close cooperation with an external payroll provider
-Advising and supporting CZ located employees and managers on HR topics
-Setting up and managing employee benefits for CZ
-Organizing internal events and activities aimed at strengthening company culture and employee satisfaction

We expect you to have:

-Proven experience in HR field, ideally in a HR generalist role. A background in recruitment is a plus
-Very good understanding of Czech labour law: a hands-on experience managing standard HR documentation and ability to process various employee life-cycle situations
-Experience with payroll processing – ability to understand local payroll regulations, gather and validate input data (e.g. absences, bonuses, deductions) for payroll accountants
-Fluent Czech language (ability to manage Labor law related agenda in Czech language, to communciate with local employees, leaders or public authorities)
-Strong English language skills (regular communication with international stakeholders required)
-Independent, detail-oriented, and structured approach to work
-Excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude
