What you’ll do
:

Join the AI Process Transformation & Insights team within the Global Deal & Renewal Process Office to shape the future of SAP’s deal execution and renewal processes. Acting as the interface between business and IT, you will lead agentic AI initiatives to simplify and optimize deal and renewal processes. Key responsibilities include:

-Serving as a subject matter expert for AI use cases across end-to-end deal and renewal processes.
-Leading the lifecycle of selected AI use cases: from requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment to backlog prioritization and IT coordination.
-Driving innovation through agentic AI solutions:

-Expansion Agent: Accelerates growth by identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities and generating compliant quotes.
-Renewal Agent: Improves efficiency by validating customer value and automating renewal quotes.
-Using process mining tools to uncover inefficiencies and propose improvements.
-Collaborating with process owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
-Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the Global Deal & Renewal Process Office.
 

What you bring
:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
-Several years of professional experience in process management or process transformation in a global enterprise environment, ideally combined with a background in sales or renewals, including experience with transactional tools and direct interaction with customers and partners.
-Solid experience in analyzing and improving business processes, ideally complemented by exposure to process mining tools and techniques.
-Familiarity with AI-driven business solutions and their application in operational processes.
-Demonstrated experience in process ownership, including requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, and translating business needs into technical deliverables.
-Fluent in English and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams.
