About the Role:
As a Classroom Assistant, you will work in partnership with the class teacher to support learning and foster an engaging classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting lesson preparation, delivering targeted one-to-one and small-group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs, and helping to ensure the school day runs efficiently.

Classroom Assistant Location: Gloucester Pay: 90- 105 per day Hours: Full-time, 8:30am-3:30pm Start Date: ASAP Setting: Mainstream Primary School DBS Requirements: Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Key Responsibilities of a Classroom Assistant:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEN Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Assist with classroom organisation and daily routines
