Our client, an international market leader in medical devices, is looking for a Distribution Team Lead for their warehouse in the Limburg region. In this key warehouse leadership role, you will steer daily operations across all logistics flows and act as the right hand of the Supervisor. Role Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate all warehouse activities (inbound, pick & pack including dangerous goods, VALVAS, replenishment, outbound, returns and SAP transactions) to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations that support the company’s mission to reliably deliver dental solutions worldwide.
* Build, coach and inspire your team by organizing daily kick-off meetings, managing work allocation, monitoring performance KPIs, supporting absence management and temporary staff recruitment, and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
* Drive continuous improvement and quality by initiating process improvements, resolving conflicts, maintaining quality systems and documentation, and ensuring all activities meet company standards, customer expectations and safety regulations.

Requirements

* Education & experience: MBO-level 4 required (HBO/Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress)
* Minimum 3-4 years of logistics experience including at least 2 years in people management
* Logistics & leadership skills: Experience in warehouse operations plus strong leadership capabilities
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
