Job title: Front Office Manager – 5-Star Hotel

For our client, an international hotel group opening a new property in Rotterdam, we are seeking a motivated Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Spearhead the pre-opening configuration of the Front Office department, defining procedures, service standards, and organizational structure
* Hire, onboard, and mentor the Front Office team to ensure exceptional service delivery from the outset
* Manage daily Front Desk operations, such as guest check-in/out and relations, to maintain a flawless, premium experience
* Deploy operational workflows, systems, and technologies aligned with company policies
* Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently to guarantee satisfaction and foster loyalty
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to maintain seamless hotel operations
* Track KPIs, financial budgets, and performance indicators for the Front Office department

Ideal Candidate:

* At least 3 years of experience in a Front Office leadership position; pre-opening experience is advantageous
* Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office operations, procedures, and property management systems (PMS)
* Fluency in English and Dutch ; additional languages are a plus
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
* Background in Hospitality, Tourism, or a similar field
