Offer DescriptionThe post is for a permanent position. The area of research is Urology.
Requested research duties: activities in the field of urology with special reference to surgery of the pediatric and adult male genitourinary system and urological diseases and dysfunctions in both sexes. The areas of expertise are: pathophysiology, clinic and therapy of urologic tumors, diseases of andro-urologic, neuro-urologic interest, urinary lithiasis, kidney transplantation and urologic reconstructive surgery and microsurgery
Requested teaching duties: the teaching activity, in line with the annual teaching program of Centre for Medical Sciences, will be in the scientific disciplinary sector MED/24 or related areas
Requested clinical duties: carrying out care activities in the multizonal complex of urology within the Provincial Agency for Health Services hospital network, with specific surgical expertise
Qualifications required for carrying out the assistance activity: Degree in Medicine and Surgery with a Specialization in Urology or equipollent and Registration in the Italian Order of Surgeons and Dentists;
Maximum number of publications to be presented: 12RequirementsSpecific RequirementsApplications are welcome from candidates with the following qualifications: a) candidates who have passed the Italian National Academic Qualifications Procedure (Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale) as per Article 16 of Law no. 240/2010 for the subject sector 06/E2 or one of the subject sectors included in the same wider subject sector 06/E and for the academic level that is the subject of the selection procedure; b) candidates who got the qualification “idoneità” according to “Legge 210/1998” for the position corresponding to Associate Professor, provided the qualification is still valid; c) candidates already employed as Associate Professor in other universities; d) scholars who are permanently employed in research or teaching activities at university level outside Italy in positions which are equivalent to “Associate Professor” (according to ministerial equivalences).
