The role is full-time from 8:15am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday and offers an excellent chance to utilize your caring nature, along with passion and enthusiasm to support a lovely special needs student in the classroom, as well as gaining hands-on experience in the SEN field in a warm and friendly environment. x1F393; x1F91D;

x1F300; Be flexible and adaptable, to ensure they respond effectively to a wide range of moods, behaviours and situations. x1F4AA;

x1F5E3; xFE0F; Communicate effectively to build a cohesive relationship with teachers and ensure a trusting and insightful relationship with more this more complex student. Emotional intelligence is vital to SEN interactions! x1F4AC;

x1F60C; Be calm, patient, and understanding; Primary schools can be busy environments sometimes especially when dealing with SEN, and it is vital to be able to take a deep breath and accurately gauge the support required; managing emotions and diffusing situations. x1F32C; xFE0F;
