Asbestos Surveyor – Birmingham

The Position
Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264
*
Working across commercial and mixed-use buildings
*
Producing thorough, compliant asbestos survey reports
*
Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients
*
Ensuring all surveys meet current legislation and company quality standards
What We’re Looking For
BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
*
Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
*
Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and best practice
*
Ability to plan and manage workloads independently
*
Full UK driving licence
