2nd Line engineer- North Bristol (Hybrid) – GBP30k-35K
I am seeking a 2nd Line engineer to work within a growing MSP, supporting a host of external clients on their IT needs. The successful 2nd Line engineer will provide IT Support through email, ticketing system, or phone to a network of external customers. You will be working within a skilled team and escalating tickets when needed.

As the successful 2nd Line engineer, you will have experience in some of the following:
* Experience in an MSP
* Have a relevant qualification in IT
* Experience in supporting Microsoft office- Exchange, Intune, OneDrive
* A good understanding of the basics of networking
* Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
