Greenwich Business School at the University of Greenwich is seeking to recruit a full time Senior Finance Administration Officer on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will report to the Faculty Executive Support Manager and sit within the Greenwich Business School’s Executive Support Office. They will provide a high standard of administrative support to key finance related activities ensuring an efficient and effective service to academics, professional services staff, Faculty Leadership team members and University of Greenwich suppliers. In addition, the postholder will play a key role in managing the billing and invoicing of the Faculty’s overseas partners.

This is a key customer care role requiring a caring and empathetic attitude to finance-related queries and concerns. 

This staff facing role combines the need for excellent administrative skills, an organised approach, attention to detail, and the ability to develop good relationships with university suppliers and staff.  

Greenwich Business School is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich and provides a wide range of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. 

Greenwich Business School is located on the Greenwich Maritime Campus, a UNESCO world heritage site.  We seek to recruit a colleague willing to work with a diverse group of students and academic staff.

The post-holder must be able to work as part of a team to ensure that the wider administrative tasks within the Greenwich Business School are achieved.
