St George’s, University of London is seeking a dynamic and skilled ePortfolio Implementation Officer to join our Learning Technology Services team for a fixed term period. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with a passion for educational technology and project management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation of a new ePortfolio system (PebblePad), ensuring a seamless transition and effective integration into our academic programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the ePortfolio vendor to tailor and implement the ePortfolio system effectively.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy to ensure smooth adoption by all user groups.
• Manage project deliverables, maintaining a focus on meeting critical milestones and anticipating challenges.
• Provide regular updates and reports, contributing to the overall planning and success of the project 

We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in ePortfolio technology implementations (such as PebblePad).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct stakeholder requirement analysis.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, capable of handling a high volume of work effectively.
• A commitment to delivering excellent service, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Independent initiative, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work unsupervised.
