- Oversee IT Project Delivery:
Plan, execute, and close IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in line with technical and business requirements * Manage Project Execution:Lead project activities, manage team assignments, monitor deliverables, and maintain alignment with the project roadmap * Engage Stakeholders:Build strong relationships with clients, senior management, and internal teams to ensure transparency, trust, and collaboration * Identify and Mitigate Risks:Proactively assess risks and create mitigation plans to minimize business disruption * Resolve Issues:Tackle project roadblocks, troubleshoot delays, and ensure momentum is maintained throughout the delivery lifecycleRequirements
- 10–15 years of overall experience in IT project and program management
- Strong technical background (education or experience in IT)
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level IT systems
- Mandatory: Prior experience working on Customs projects or with Customs IT applications – “Customs” refers to the border and import/export control authorities – in this role, experience with Customs IT systems means working with technologies used by government agencies to manage trade, duties, and border processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-cultural, and distributed teams
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Budget management and reporting experience
