Duties:

• Provide academic advisement, information, and guidance.
• Administer tests weekly and ensure test security.
• Update education records for enlisted members.
• Ensure marketing materials are current and publish bi-monthly newsletters.
• Inform spouses of educational options and brief members on GRE/GMAT exams.
• Manage emails, calls, and walk-in customers professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred experience in the education field and coursework in counseling or education.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Must speak English and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
