Account Executive

HBK, nCode & ReliaSoft software department, are currently looking for an Account Executive to develop the Italian, Spanish and Benelux markets. You will benefit from good technical support as well as a good existing customer base that will need to be developed. Our nCode and ReliaSoft software are also well known in reliability and durability domains. One of the attractions of your mission will be to discover a variety of applications and sectors of activity (automotive, aeronautics, energy, electronics, etc.).

You will work directly with a small team based in France and under the responsibility of the regional sales manager. Travelling is to be expected, in most cases with the support of an application engineer.

Your daily work includes :

  • Follow-up of current customers
  • Follow-up, negotiate and close the opportunities
  • Prospecting new customers and markets
  • Send quotes
  • Update pipeline

Skills & Qualifications:

  • You must have a professional direct sales experience (at least 3 years), account management and/or business development role selling software and/or solutions
  • You must have a technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering, data processing, reliability, or durability
  • You must be curious and passionate about the customer’s business and be able to investigate and uncover their most important problems to solve.
  • You will be able to make cold call by yourself and generate new leads from new client.
  • You will be able to develop new opportunities by yourself by working with existing customers
  • You will be skilled and experienced operating at a range of levels from end user to senior decision makers and be a confident negotiator
  • You will be able to help identify market trends and opportunities for your nominated territory, buy building business and account plans.
  • You will be a strong team player working closely with application engineer and product manager to propose the best solution to your customers.
  • Language : Fluent in French and English. Italian is strongly appreciated, Spanish is a bonus
  • Miller Heiman Strategic and Conceptual Selling experience and Salesforce a plus

Location : Paris, France, mostly home office (Italy could be considered)

Contract Type : Full Time
