This could be the perfect fit for you and us.1+ years of closing experienceExperience closing deals valued at $50,000+ within organizations of 100+ employeesTrack record of successAbility to prospect and generate 40-50% of your pipelineAbility to build your own book of business * Proficient in a Nordic language (C1) and fluent in English (verbal and written)SaaS experience a plus Job ResponsibilitiesWorking cross-functionally, our AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of HiBob. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Our small medium business (SMB) segment covers companies up to 250 employees, with an average order value of $50k ARR.Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities within the Nordic regionPrepare and present product demonstrationsPerform outbound activities to build revenue pipelineManage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closingTarget key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelinesCapture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM systemAttend trade shows, events and conferencesNetwork with market influencers, consultants and partners Job BenefitsAt HiBob we are committed to creating an excellent employee experience.
