What You’ll DoAs an Account Manager, you will:
- Utilize CRM tools to contact, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including calls made, accounts contacted, and revenue generated.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with accounts, ensuring excellent relationship management.
- Participate in focused sales campaigns, such as call storms and hotel promotions.
- Qualify all opportunities related to meetings, events, and group accommodations, following up with clients and hotels to ensure smooth coordination.
- Provide upselling solutions and offer alternative options when availability is limited.
- Manage external lists and execute sales activities across multiple platforms when required.
What Were Looking ForWe are seeking driven and results-oriented individuals with the following qualifications:
- Language Skills: Native-level Danish and fluent English (B2).
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, with a background in hospitality being a bonus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRMs is highly advantageous.
- Communication & Organization: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative environment and shows initiative in achieving team goals.
