Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Access Partner Account Manager to join our team in France. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing distributor partners, with a primary focus on expanding our existing ecosystem.

You will foster collaboration with our ecosystem and drive revenue growth with end users, systems integrators, and OEMs. You will accelerate the adoption and sales of our software solutions with partners and identify and capture business opportunities together with these partners. You will ensure business, sales and operational performance objectives are met. You will report to the Channel Manager France.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and nurture existing distributor partners and system integrators, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Formulate business strategies to grow overall sales and market share across the ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and grow the existing ecosystem, creating synergies and mutual value for all stakeholders.
  • Drive accelerated growth in software solutions by understanding partner needs, market trends, and aligning our software offerings accordingly.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributor partners and system integrators to expand our partner network.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve key performance metrics, including revenue targets, market share, and partner satisfaction.
  • Close collaboration with the in country, End User and OEM Leaders, as well as the Central Software & Services Manager for Power leaders to drive the growth and performance.
  • Jointly lead governance discussions with the other business segments (EU, OEM) to maximize end-to-end performance of all.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background in Automation with good knowledge of industrial products and applications. (Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline is a plus.)
  • 8+ years of related work experience
  • French native and very good English skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and large multi-national company.
  • Ability to travel more or less 50% of time.
  • A strong motivation and drive to develop new business opportunities and create new channel partnerships.
  • Diverse communication skills (social media, panels, corporate) + Strong communication skills including written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to Influence key customer decisions and work in cross-regional, multi-cultural teams.
  • Experience in account management and development
  • Customer intimacy (complex diverse and global stakeholder map)
  • Be the commercial leader in negotiations where appropriate.
