We are now gearing up to conquer Europe, with The Netherlands and Spain as our next strategic milestones.To achieve this, we are looking for a passionate and motivated NL Account Manager to join our sales team.You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Dutch market and the Dutch-speaking region of Belgium.TasksYour main missions:
- Prospecting and acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential new clients in the targeted markets.
- Account management: Build strong relationships with existing clients, anticipate their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Commercial negotiations: Present our solutions, address the specific needs of prospects, and close deals.
- Market development: Identify market trends, contribute to developing commercial strategies, and collaborate closely with the marketing team.
- Upselling and retention: Maximize client value by identifying opportunities to add features or additional services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial role in a startup. Experience in the SaaS industry is a big plus.
- Dutch is your native language, and you have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of English is required for internal communication and documentation.
This position focuses on the Dutch market, so native-level Dutch is highly preferred. * Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
