Accountant(Third Party Administrators Team)Place of work: CracowJob purpose:The ZNA TPA team works with the US TPAs (Third Party Administrators) on a daily basis. The TPA is a company outside of Zurich that performs the claim handling service for the insured and provides Zurich with the claim data. The insured may select Zurich or the TPA to handle their claims. The role gives opportunity to participate in local, regional and global projects and that is why we are looking for a proactive, flexible person with attentional to details and “can do” approach.Responsibilities:As a part of the TPA team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and processing of:
- Electronic or over-deductible funding requests
- Prefunding
- Service fee and Center invoices
- Various check request payments related to different business lines
- FAST system reconciliations
- Dealing with TPD (Third Party Deductible) issues
- Balance sheet account reconciliation in Blackline system in line with Zurich group and local ZNA team policies and guidelines
- Execute controls within ICFR framework
- This role will also require a daily contact with US customers verbally and in writing.
Candidate’s profile:
- Finance and Accounting, Economy or equivalent academic degree
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience (Accounts Payable preferred)
- Solid basics of general accounting and knowledge of Accounts Payable process
- English skills – spoken and written at fluent level (C1)
- Good knowledge of Excel and financial system (SAP as preferred)
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
As an additional asset:
- Knowledge of Insurance/ Financial Services legislation and regulations
- ICFR exposure
Additional requirements:
- This position will be dedicated for the US (American) customer and will require occasionally adapting to work according to the US hours as per the team’s shift schedule (9.00-17.00, 11.00-19.00, 14.30-22.30).
