• Oversee billing-related tasks and reconcile accounts receivable and payment accounts
• Process vendor invoices and manage bank reconciliations and bookkeeping
• Support monthly and annual closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects, including regulatory reporting and data gathering
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience, particularly in billing and full-service accounting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and indirect taxes
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Xero is a plus
• Native Hungarian and fluent English
• Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
