We are a dynamic and growing business based in central London, seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with 3-5 years of accounting experience and strong SAP system expertise to contribute to our financial operations and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliations.
*

Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
*

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
*

Ensure tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax filings.
*

Utilize SAP for financial reporting, transaction processing, and data analysis.
*

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
*

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls.
*

Assist with ad hoc financial projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.

Strong proficiency in SAP ERP (FICO) financial systems.
*

Solid understanding of UK accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*

Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) is desirable but not essential.
