The roleGrande opportunità per entrare a far parte del nostro team Finance a Milano. La figura di Accountant è inserita all’interno del team Finance e si occupa di eseguire la registrazione e la documentazione di ogni movimento contabile. Le sue attività riguardano principalmente la gestione delle entrate e dei pagamenti e il ciclo della fatturazione attiva e passiva avendo cura di provvedere agli obblighi di legge che impattano sulle attività economiche e giuridiche dell’azienda.In DLA Piper le scelte e le opportunità individuali saranno sempre valorizzate, permettendo ad ognuno di raggiungere il proprio pieno potenziale. La chiave per renderlo possibile è la passione di ognuno per il proprio lavoro.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tenuta della prima nota di cassa;
• Gestione delle entrate e dei pagamenti;
• Redazione di scritture contabili di base e dei relativi registry;
• Gestione delle scritture contabili fino all’elaborazione e alla stesura del bilancio;
• Predisposizione degli adempimenti fiscali e previdenziali;
• Tenuta dei registri della contabilità e verifica della sua esattezza;
• Gestione degli incassi e della fatturazione attiva;
• Gestione dei pagamenti e della fatturazione passive;
• Assicurare il corretto adempimento delle normative fiscali e tributarie;
• Monitorare il rispetto delle scadenze e delle procedure amministrative;
• Archiviare i documenti per mantenere la documentazione storica;
• Seguire tutte le procedure relative alla contabilità interna per mantenere la sicurezza finanziaria dell’azienda.

ABOUT YOU

• Pregressa esperienza in ambito amministrativo, accounting e finance;
• Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di contabilità generale e fiscale d’impresa;
• Conoscenza dei principi che regolano il bilancio d’esercizio e i suoi aspetti civilistici e fiscali;
• Diploma in ragioneria e/o laurea in economia;
• Precedente esperienza maturata all’interno di studi di commercialisti e/o società di revisione;
• Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici;
• Buona conoscenza dei processi contabili riguardanti il ciclo attivo e passivo;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Ottime capacità di sintesi e di reporting;
• Precisione, meticolosità, affidabilità e riservatezza;
• Predisposizione al lavoro in team e flessibilità;
• Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali;
