Accountant & Administrative Finance Officer

Location: Fraga, Catalonia (on-site) | Working Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (flexible)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Administrative Finance Officer to join a dynamic international finance team. You will manage day-to-day accounting, support financial reporting across multiple European entities, and handle administrative finance tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Do:

Process, verify, and reconcile invoices.

Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation.
*

Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
*

Prepare financial reports for multiple European countries.
*

Handle customer rebate calculations, tax compliance, and stock reporting.
*

Support accounting tasks during maternity leave coverage.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
*

3-5 years of accounting/finance experience in an international environment.
*

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
*

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and Excel.
*

Fluent in Spanish and English.
*

Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently.
