Deal with the recording and processing of financial data of a business taking into operational responsibility the entry invoicing, reconciliation, monitoring equipment, monitoring of tax liabilities and contract management of suppliers.

Responsibilities:

-Accountancy filling of F. Assets records
-Recording General Ledger bookkeeping Opex transactions – highlights major variances in due time to the Finance-Accounting management regarding accounts payable expenses
-Stores cash controls – Daily cash book reconciliation   
– GL/AR/AP/FAR accounts – subsystems – reporting and follows up of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly accounts payable statements, postings and reconciliation
-VAT preparation – submission and other relevant tax declarations – forms -fulfilled
-Stay tuned on My Data requirements and perform necessary actions in co-operation with local providers and tax authorities
-Being involved in ad hoc accounting projects
-Support Sephora Greece teams in development and decision process by reporting accounts payable KPIs (DPO-DSO-Aging Analysis)
-Ensures compliance with local tax regulations and group policies
-Relationship with internal and external auditors for statutory and group audit processes
 

Job requirements:
 

-Excel – advanced level
-ERP experience (SAP is a plus)
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience on a similar position
-Experience in retail is a plus
-English – advanced level
-Exposure in a multicultural environment
-Working well under pressure and with tight deadlines
-Very organized, analytical skills
