Role: ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Birmingham

Salary: A£26,000-A£29,000, dependant on experience

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to support our Accounts team with the smooth and effective running of a busy office.

Due to business growth a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Competent, motivated individual to become part of a Friendly, Supportive Accounts Team.

Our client, who are a leading wholesaler in the West Midlands, specialising in the distribution of Car Parts.

Core Tasks

* Cash Reconciliation.
* Assisting with Credit Control.
* Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices and Credits.
* Processing New Sales Ledger Accounts.
* Reconciliation of Suppliers Statements
* Assisting with Customer telephone enquiries and processing payments.
* General Administration Duties

Required Skills & Knowledge

* Experience of Balancing Daily Cash /Card transactions.
* Good telephone manner.
* Accurate data entry and attention to detail
* IT skills. To include Excel, Outlook, and V-look up.
* Able to prioritise a busy and varied work load.
* The Ability To work as part of a Team.
