Accounts Assistant – Tring
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client based in Tring.
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000
Duties:
– Receiving incoming invoices from clients and submitting to clients for approval and PO requests.
– Raising sales invoices to send to clients
– Dealing with pre-event contracts checking
– Dealing with pre-event prepayment using funds and credit cards for deposits.
– Dealing with payments using client corporate credit cards
– Calculating and agreeing commission for events
– Raising PO requests
– Deducting agreed commissions
Requirements:
– Detailed knowledge of accounting 1-2 years
– Experience using Sage
– Confident in using Excel
