Job Category: FinanceJob Description:An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Accounting department for an Accounts Payable Administrator to support the finance team in coordinating key accounts payable and treasury back-office activities for our European entities. Based in our AP Centre in Dublin, this role ensures the timely processing of invoices and payments to suppliers, maintains financial records, and supports the overall accounts payable operation.Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator with experience in finance or accounts payable. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and collaborating across departments.Location: Dublin, hybrid remote working
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)How you will contribute

• Administer SAP Concur for multiple European countries (e.g., Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, France, Slovakia, Belgium)
• Post bank transactions and perform bank account reconciliations
• Maintain creditors ledgers in SAP, including vendor statement reconciliations and managing ageing and debit balances
• Perform intercompany account reconciliations
• Process invoices and credit card reconciliations
• Handle vendor queries and manage shared inboxes
• Support employee expense queries and onboarding in SAP Concur
• Collaborate with internal teams including Procurement, Finance, and Operations
• Complete ad hoc administrative and finance-related tasks

What you will bringQualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; a second European language is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and other Office applications

Experience

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Treasury departments
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is advantageous
• Familiarity with online banking platforms is a plus
