Position overview

We are looking for a person interested in an Accounts Payable Coordinator role offering the opportunity to develop professional competencies in a flexible way. We share knowledge, are open and we care for our team and success and expect the same attitude from you – our new colleague. 
Accounts Payable Coordinator role implies a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time and on good terms with our valued partners.

Responsibilities
-Proceed with incoming invoices
-Resolve issues regarding invoice processing and payments
-Communicate with internal and external parties regarding invoice processing
-Participate and perform Month-end Accounts Payable closing and reporting activities
-Assist in streamlining and improving the Accounts Payable

Required skills and experience
-Good English language skills
-Strong computer skills (MS Office)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Willingness to learn and develop – eventually we will teach the rest

Qualifications
-Education preferably within the fields of economics, finance or banking (can be a student able to work full time)
