- Experience in business use of MS Excel
- Communicative German language

Major PurposeSupervises activities associated with a specialized accounting area to ensure transactions and required financial reporting are performed accurately, timely, and in accordance with published accounting principles and Company policy. Subordinates reporting to this position are typically clerical or entry level professionals. Oversees single complex process or multiple, less complex processes.Major Duties
- Develop and deliver financial guidelines and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.
- Work within established systems to deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area of financial control.
- Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
- Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.
- Explain the local action plan, to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done, and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization’s strategy, mission, and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.
- Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization’s policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
- Provide instruction and informal advice to less experienced colleagues within the team to develop their skills.
