Requirements

* A BSc in Acoustics or a related field and/or the IOA Diploma, along with being Accredited in AMIOA/MIOA status.
* Experience in planning and preparing reports for project applications and addressing conditions that may arise from assessments.
* A proven track record of delivering projects alongside working with colleagues and clients throughout the life cycle of a development.

Duties

* Offer expert guidance and remedial advice to clients to negate any technical issues.
* Undertake noise and vibration assessments regularly to ensure that all building regulations are being met at each stage in line with British standards.
* Make modifications to plans and designs to ensure that the project is to client specification while meeting statutory guidance.
