My client provides award winning consultancy services in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering industry, while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and creating an enjoyable work environment. You have the exciting opportunity to join their team in the Acoustics division and get involved with their impressive large scale building projects for the Healthcare, Education, and Residential sectors. The successful candidate will undertake the role of Acoustic Consultant across in their Birmingham office.

The ideal candidate must:

* Have 2 years’ experience in Acoustic Consultancy, including report writing, acoustic modelling packages, noise surveys, and architectural building acoustics.
* Have awareness of the planning process and preparation for reports, guidance documents such as BS 8233, BS4142, PropPG, HTM 08-01, BB93, AVO guidance, amongst others
* Be AMIOA / MIOA appropriately qualified.
* Have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Acoustics, Engineering or Physics.

If successful, the candidate will be collaborating with key clients to execute both large and small projects from start to finish.
