Position Overview
In the context of transformation and standardization of our infrastructure services, we are looking for an enthusiastic Active Directory (AD) & Entra ID Service Manager.

The AD & Entra ID Service Manager is responsible for the administration, implementation and maintenance of our Active Directories across Europe, and their integration with our Entra ID platform. You will define product roadmap of directories (including the identity replication tools), as well as standard way of operating jointly with our Service Provider team and security team.
As Subject Matter expert for these technologies, you will provide technical and process leadership to ensure all new technologies are successfully deployed and operated. You will have to mature our current Service delivery model relying on CRH partners to staff accordingly the team to render the service efficiently.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks to be managed and delivered with exceptional quality leveraging preferred third party vendor:

-Active Directory Administration
Manage operation, health, and security of a multi-site domain – Manage on-prem active directory environment and associated services like DNS, certificate services, etc. – Administer and support NCAOC Identity Management platform.

-Entra ID Administration
Administer and maintain the hybrid and cloud-only identities across multiple Entra ID tenants – Create and maintain Conditional Access Policies, Security Policies – Manage and support Azure AD Connect and Azure AD Cloud Sync configuration, monitoring, maintenance and evolution.

-Active Directory Security
Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) – Support on-prem, hybrid, and cloud identity and access management – Support identity and asset lifecycle management – Assist with potential compromised account investigations – Create and tune DLP and AIP policies.

-General Administration
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance benchmarking – Manage the service quality with the corresponding Service Provider ensuring SLA are met – Generate and distribute monthly statistical reporting – Develop Products Roadmap – Assist with periodic testing of disaster preparedness for the Data Center.

Experience / Education
You are/have:

-In depth (5 years+) knowledge of Active Directory Management and Entra ID management (including AAD Sync & Cloud Sync)
-Active Directory Tooling management experiences (Quest, specific monitoring tools)
-Bsc level of education
-Working in cross-functional teams on a European or Global level
