I am on the lookout for a Project Administrator to join my client, a main contractor, on site in Central London.
You will be working on a long term scheme. The ideal candidate will have worked an administrative role within the construction industry and have knowledge Document Control EDMS (any).

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Booking site meeting rooms
* Ordering office supplies
* Liaising with visitors when required
* Being the main point of contact
* Ordering materials / PPE when required
* Administration duties as required
* Liaising with other teams within the business
* Timesheet handling
* Holding inductions for new staff members
Candidate Requirements:
* Must be an experienced candidate in an Office Administration / Secretarial role
* Must have previous experience working on site or main office within the construction industry
* Strong attention to detail skills are required
* Be competent in using a Document Control EDMS (FusionLive, Asite, Aconex, ect)
* Excellent work ethic and commitment to the role
