Administration Assistant

Location : Taverham, Norwich

Salary: A£11,007 – A£11,559 per annum (Pro Rata) A£24,404 – A£25,183 per annum FTE)

Hours: 9am – 1pm, Monday – Friday (20hours per week)

Our clients School has recently been graded Outstanding by Ofsted in December 2023. They work within a wonderful supportive community, working closely with parents, other local schools, the church and a local care home.

The Role

They seek to appoint an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant to support the office manager with the day to day functions of the school office from # # Monday -Friday.

They are looking for a positive person who is able to multitask and work in a busy environment. They would like the Admin Assistant to be able to quickly form strong working relationships with staff and be able to welcome visitors to the school warmly and professionally.

A large part of the role will be communicating with parents and visitors face to face and on the telephone, so they are looking for excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

In return they can offer you training appropriate to the role, as well as full safeguarding training.
