About the role

You will work as part of a team to support course administration in our School of Healthcare, assisting students from first enquiry through to graduation, as well as contributing and providing support to the general operations of the School. This is a great opportunity for someone with general administrative experience, looking to develop a career in student administration.


A key part of your role will be handling mailbox enquiries from staff and students, answering their queries in a responsive and helpful manner. You will also be involved in the processing of coursework submissions, feedback and marks entry, maintaining student records, supporting with organising and delivering student events and any other tasks needed to ensure an excellent experience for our students.

About you

We are looking for a candidate with existing administrative experience in a busy environment. You will have strong organisational, record keeping and clerical skills, working with accuracy and attention to detail, with experience in data entry and record-keeping. Great communication skills are essential, with the ability to give and receive information effectively using a variety of methods to communicate with a wide range of university staff, students and agents. Most importantly, you have a passion for providing a first class service to our students, and are committed to exceeding expectations in a fast paced environment.
