Administration Officer

Anderston Office, Glasgow

£22,911 – £24,117 per year

35 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our fast-paced Development team in Scotland where you will play an integral part in the team. The Development team is

currently building in the region of 500 new homes each year, therefore you will need to be able to work flexibly as part of a small, yet busy team.

The role of

Administration Officer

will include:

-Updating monitoring spreadsheets and internal property systems
-Co-ordinating shared departmental emails and responses
-Managing customer contact records
-Co-ordinating office
activities and managing travel arrangements/appointments
-Managing office supplies such as stationery and PPE to ensure the smooth running of the office
-Assisting the Clerk of Works with the end of defects process by providing administrative support
-Processing payments
 

Skills and experiences

-Extensive administration experience gained within a fast-paced environment
-Professional attitude with the ability to remain calm and focussed whilst in high pressure situations
-Excellent communication skills along with a positive attitude
-Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and multi task when required
-The ability to be adaptable to change and work to tight deadlines
-A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
