Job description

Working in partnership with our client in the heart of Kilkenny City, Hartley People Recruitment are seeking an Administrator/Legal Secretary.Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, typing, and filing legal documents in relation to Private Clients and Commercial.
  • Ensuring internal and external parties are kept up to date with the matters.
  • Assisting Solicitors with ad hoc duties as required.
  • Organising diaries, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
  • Audio typing from digital dictation
  • Transcribing interviews
  • Conducting legal research

Key Requirements:

  • 3 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in strict confidence
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn IT systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
