Administrator – Device Management

Location: Cheshire, England, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Full-Time – 6 month initial contract

Are you ready to play a crucial role in our Enterprise Technology Solutions division? We’re seeking a talented Administrative Support professional to join our team in Cheshire. In this role, you’ll be integral to our device management processes, ensuring the smooth flow of hardware logistics and asset tracking within our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the device management processes, including receiving hardware deliveries, initiating outbound shipments, processing disposals, and overseeing asset recovery.
* Maintain precise physical inventories across various countries, divisions, and legacy companies.
* Handle hardware courier deliveries and resolve UPS invoice issues promptly.
* Consolidate and generate reports from multiple asset data sources and financial documents using tools like Service Now.
* Ensure accurate inventory records, particularly for disposed assets.
* Administer asset recovery processes across multiple legacy companies, coordinating with global managers and our Device Lifecycle team.
* Provide backup support for Device Lifecycle Management, particularly in mobility ordering and distribution.

Qualifications:

* Minimum school leaving qualification (including English and Maths).
* Preferred qualification or NVQ in Business Administration.
* Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel (Macros, VLookup, pivot tables, etc.).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Polite and friendly telephone manner.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and take initiative.
