Do you want to be part of this great family?📝Some details about your departmentWe offer consulting services, technological solution design, and customized developments for companies looking to take a step forward in transforming their relationship with their customers through the implementation of Adobe.We accompany, define, and develop strategies for our clients, taking into account their business objectives, needs, and organizational structure.🎯 What we’d like you to doStrategy and Use Cases: Translate business and marketing requirements into concrete, actionable use cases within Adobe CDP, defining how the platform can solve challenges and deliver value.Audience Design and Segmentation: Design and configure advanced audience segments and activations in Adobe CDP, based on a deep understanding of customer behavior and campaign objectives.Data Management (Functional): Collaborate with technical and data teams to ensure proper ingestion, unification, and data quality within the CDP from a functional perspective (source identification, logical mapping, customer attributes).Activation and Orchestration: Define and configure audience activations from Adobe CDP to various channels (e.g., email, paid media, web personalization, CRM), ensuring consistency in the customer experience.Data Governance and Privacy: Ensure CDP configurations comply with privacy and data protection policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) from a functional and data usage standpoint.Optimization and Performance: Monitor the performance of data activations, identify improvement opportunities, and propose optimizations to maximize ROAS and campaign effectiveness.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, and Operations teams to identify needs, align strategies, and ensure adoption and value delivery from the CDP.Documentation and Training: Create functional documentation and provide internal training to business teams on Adobe CDP’s capabilities and usage.Research and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Adobe CDP features and best practices within the customer data ecosystem.🔊 What we’d like you to bringExperience: At least 2-3 years of demonstrable experience working with Adobe CDP, preferably with a functional/business-oriented approach.Adobe Certification: Active Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Real-time CDP Business Practitioner certification (or its most recent equivalent).Adobe Experience Cloud Knowledge: Basic understanding of how Adobe CDP integrates with and complements other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo Engage).Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into actionable data strategies and analyze outcomes to drive improvements.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams, presenting complex concepts clearly and concisely.Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) and how data can enhance it at every touchpoint.Proactivity and Problem-Solving: Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues.Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools for functional validation.Experience with other CDPs on the market (Snowflake, Tealium, Salesforce Data Cloud) for comparative purposes.Background in technology consulting or agency environments.✔️Perks of joining usWe give you complete stability with an indefinite job contract.We offer a fixed salary according to your worth and experience, plus a performance based bonus.Get the most out of your salary with our Flexible Payment Plan (Restaurant Ticket, Transportation Ticket, Day Care Ticket, and Medical Insurance).Do you know someone that fits in Making Science?
