Responsibilities of the Advanced Practitioner:

They are looking for an Advanced Practitioner who will hold a small caseload of 4 foster families and who will support 3 Supervising Social Workers with their day-to-day tasks.

In this role, you will not be doing Form Fs, no duty, no initial visits – just supervision to the existing carers + provide support and supervision to 3 SSWs.

Requirements:

* you are an experienced Supervising Social Worker or a Senior Practitioner
* you have experience in fostering
* you drive
