Do you have a proven track record in improving outcomes for our youngest children? Services for Young Children (SfYC) Early Years Advisory Team are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic full-time teacher to the post of Advisory Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for you to use your early years expertise and join a supportive team of professionals working across the county to raise outcomes for all Hampshire children. 

The key purpose of the role is to support schools and settings in improving outcomes for their children through the implementation of the SfYC Strategic Plan. The Advisory Teacher role will involve building trusting professional relationships and working closely with a range of different colleagues and partners across educational settings and within Hampshire County Council to deliver quality experiences for our youngest children. 

As a qualified teacher, (QTS), you must have current experience and/or knowledge of working within the maintained, private, voluntary and independent sectors, and across the birth to five years age range. 

We are looking for someone who has an excellent knowledge and understanding of Early Years with a passion for inclusive practice in all areas of work. You will be able to challenge existing practices and identify innovative solutions. 

This role will work across Hampshire in different districts according to need and skills and is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and specialism.
