You will be challenging the status quo to promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation.In your role as Agile Coach, you will:
- Coach, facilitate and train the team to foster an agile mindset in the way they work and help them decide on the most appropriate agile frameworks, techniques and practices for their environment or needs.
- Assist with the removal of impediments for the team to make sure that they reach their objectives and deliver the expected value.
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily, Planning, Review and Retrospectives, when needed and where applicable.
- Ensure processes and tools are being used as intended within the tribe.
- Highlight areas where we are not able to work efficiently and be comfortable with enable their elimination together with a respective team to improve collaboration, teamwork and outcomes in that area.
- Drive relentless improvement and create a learning environment with ongoing feedback and recognition.
- Work closely with Tribe and Product leadership within the Tribe
- Be an active member of our Chapter with Agile Coaches from other Tribes in Technology & Innovation where the purpose is to align on ways of working and work on initiatives that improves the overall efficiency and effectiveness across T&I.

- You have min. 2 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- You excel at nurturing a positive and cohesive team environment.
- Your active listening skills help you build strong relationships and facilitate effective communication.
- You have a knack for mediating discussions, even when they get heated.
- You know how to offer feedback in a constructive and supportive manner.
