The client is on the hunt for an Software Delivery Lead, as part of US and Asian market growth. They are a provider of award-winning state-of-the-art trading solutions, a true FinTech innovator listed in the TechTrack 100, and celebrated as a leader in their domain. The Software Delivery Lead will spearhead the delivery of high-impact projects across the organisation.About the Role – Responsibilities of the Agile Software Delivery Lead:

  • Coordinate agile projects: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and senior development engineering team leaders.
  • Define and set product roadmaps: Establish deliverables for projects.
  • Manage software implementation: Work with scrum teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Scope and plan software engineering projects: Oversee project timelines and milestones.
  • Provide leadership: Utilise performance metrics to guide teams.

Responsibilities – Experience Requirements for the Software Delivery Lead:

  • Proven commercial Agile project management experience: Specifically within financial services – Essential.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certifications (PMI – PSM): Essential for this role.
  • Experience managing software-based projects: A must-have. A background in software engineering would make the individual stand out for this hire.
  • Finance technology sector experience: Required.
  • Collaboration with business analysts, developers, and testers: Necessary.
  • JIRA Administration experience: Essential.

Pay range and compensation package – The Software Delivery Lead will have the chance to work directly with blue-chip financial services clients, gain experience on key projects across the business, and receive support, growth, and training within the project management sector.
