Offer DescriptionThe research is part of the H2020 TUdi project, aimed at defining agricultural practices and developing decision support tools to protect and improve soil health. Research activities include: 1) data collection and analysis, also using appropriate statistical tests, from long-term field trials, and writing technical reports and scientific publications; 2) literature collection and analysis regarding simplified algorithms for nutrient and carbon balance in agroecosystems, and comparison of model results with measured data from long-term field trials; 3) collaboration to field monitoring and lab analyses to evaluate the effects of specific agricultural practices on soil health; 4) chemical analyses on soil organic matter fractionation.
