This is a unique opportunity to work with a global enterprise tech client, focusing on improving language models and creating impactful, real-world applications of AI.Position Highlights 💼
- Location: Dublin, Ireland
- Salary: €29,700 + quarterly bonus, with a 25% pay increase for late shifts (22:00 – 02:00)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, office-based
- Type: Permanent Role
📝 Important: Candidates must be fully eligible to work in Ireland (EU passport, Stamp 4, or Stamp 1G with at least 12 months remaining).Your Role 🌐
- Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs for a large language model (LLM).
- Generate realistic, context-driven prompts and responses.
- Maintain and improve annotation quality through clear guidelines.
- Provide feedback and insights for data quality and annotation processes.
- Research and apply best practices across domains such as Biology, Marketing, Computer Science, Psychology, and more!
Ideal Candidate Profile 👤
- Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English (C1 minimum).
- Education: University degree in relevant fields like Business, Medicine, or Social Sciences.
- Competencies:
- Strong data analysis skills
- Familiarity with social norms, media, and popular culture
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Adaptive, analytical mindset for understanding large datasets
