YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris, Boulevard Haussmann, in our HQ, from January 2025. You will be assisting the Corporate Compliance team (around 10 employees, most of them based in Paris) in day-to-day activities across the Company globally on the following pillars: Integrity, Data Privacy and International Trade Sanctions. 

To thrive in your missions, you will be accompanied by Compliance Directors and Managers to:

• Assist the team in the deployment of projects following from the global compliance roadmap across all topics (Integrity/Data Privacy/International Trade Sanctions). 
• Follow up on reporting from the global compliance community to the corporate team on different compliance topics. 
• Assist in the roll out of communication, awareness campaigns and compliance tools within the organization. 
• Prepare support materials and research for trainings and presentations on compliance topics. 
• Maintain and update compliance related databases, documents and knowledge sharing tools. 
• Animate network: communication and animation of the compliance community across the organization. 
• Legal monitoring: surveillance and monitoring of compliance related laws, regulations, news and the statements or releases of the competent authorities (mainly anti-corruption, anti-bribery, antitrust and data privacy) in Europe and throughout the world. 

You are :

• Available from January 2025 for a duration of 12 months

You have:

• Bac +5 student with legal studies background and strong interest in compliance matters; 
• A previous internship or apprenticeship in an in-house legal/compliance team or a law firm is a plus; 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority; 
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and to deliver on various projects and deadlines; 
• Team player comfortable working within a complex fast-moving, international environment; 
• Dynamic, organized and rigorous with excellent written and oral communication skills; 
• Full working proficiency in English and French both written and spoken.
